I've had quite a problem getting enough food at times, as I took anti-depressive medicine, which made my appetite and feeling of hunger almost disappear. It still is like that, but I want to gain some weight, so I don't drain my body completely of energy. I know the way to do this is to force myself to eat a little more each day. But what I don't know, is: what food is good for this purpose? I've heard of healthy fat, but I'm not sure of which food it is in. Any help will be much appreciated.

Shy I'd go back to your doctor and ask if you can slowly change your medication. Also, I would ask for an appointment with a dietitian, you can draw up an eating plan, that will help you gain weight.

well, i think that in order to gain weight. is to drink Ensure at least 2 or 3 times a day. one teacher told me that and it helped her because, she was 5 ft 4 inches and weighed 98 pounds. now she is 120.
she gained it gradually though.
you can substitute the meal with ensure. i think, i don't know?
but tell the doc to change your medication.
